Through the years, Kelly has taken the unique core control system to new levels, keeping the fundamentals of Pilates intact while remaining modern and enjoyable. Kelly moved to NM in 2001, where she took on the task of becoming a first time studio owner (Body Wisdom Pilates in Rio Rancho, NM) and was simultaneously working for Physical Mind Institute as a training teacher and a test out instructor. She would come to find out that was her pelvic floor! She infused the fun loving Jazzercise foundation with the core principles of Pilates to create an extraordinarily unique way of training to all fitness levels. Through Pilates, her understanding and passion of the body ignited something deep in Kelly she had not experienced yet in the fitness field. She began studying the art of Pilates through Physical Mind Institute in Tampa, FL with Charlotte Adinton-Weikel as her mentor. It was during this time that she was exposed to her first Pilates class and the rest is history. Shortly after she found Jazzercise, Kelly began to expand her talents and became a personal trainer. She fell in love with the ability to move a room and it instantly began to shape her career in the fitness field. Her long term love of exercise began in 1994 when she began teaching a fun filled Jazzercise routine. He looks forward to seeing you in the hot room.Kelly has been involved in the fitness industry for over 18 years. Pedro has historically proven to bring out the champions in those around him. When Pedro isn’t practicing yoga, he’s probably dancing for a local ballet company or practicing his ukelele. He is a soccer coach and has been a part of soccer in NM for over 30 years, and has coached women’s soccer for RRPS since 1998. Todd is blessed to have a beautiful family and friends who have supported him throughout his journey as a yogi.

Pedro is a self-proclaimed “life enthusiast” and hopes to inspire you to live a life full of magic and wonder. Todd finished his RYT 200 hr training at Blissful Spirits in 2019. He’s trained middle school athletes to take championships, helped rehab injured dancers, and has trained NCAA athletes in mindfulness to gain an edge in competition. Pedro’s love for sports, movement and body mechanics have led him to train athletes from all walks of life. He’s been lucky and fortunate enough to have been able to travel and experience cultures from a personal perspective. His favorite mantra currently is, “Effort and Intensity enslave the Impossible.” Pedro’s love and enthusiasm for life has led him to many opportunities and many endeavors. Pedro’s work ethic has led him to lead many of his teams to victory and championships. He teaches the idea that when we combine daily hard work.

Russel believes that yoga is one of the most powerful tools for self improvement and self development. He grew up playing soccer and played through to the collegiate level. His classes create a space for students to push their edge, feel connected to community, explore meditation and to simply SWEAT. Pedro has always been involved with athletics and sports teams. Although he loves to teach a tough class, his favorite class to teach is Warm and Gentle. Pedro’s favorite classes to take are Pilates Caliente and Yin Restorative class.

Her classes will put you out of your comfort zone but. She balances ease and intensity within creative sequencing and has a strong focus in pranayama.

Pedro’s certifications include Hot Shakti Yoga, Hot Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, and other fitness related credentials. Her warm and positive attitude along with her fiery spirit bring a sense of fun energy and seamless free flowing vibrations and movement into her classes. He went on to discover a love for the hot room and practicing in the heat. He needed a PE credit and enrolled in a yoga/Pilates class. Pedro has been practicing yoga for over 10 years.
